badge-qualifier
Qualify trade show leads from booth notes, badge text, or voice transcripts into a structured CRM-ready summary.
Choose how to use this skill
You do not need every option. Choose the path your AI client supports. The stable page stays the same; versioned files are immutable.
1. Native installer
This listing has no registered native installer command. Use the complete package or source fallback below, depending on what your client supports.
Do not guess an installer command or replace an existing version without reviewing the diff.
2. Complete package recommended
Download the ZIP when available. It includes SKILL.md plus the references, security notes and version metadata.
No complete ProSkills package is published for this listing yet.3. Prompt-only
Copy the prompt above when the agent can read the stable page or when you want to adopt the workflow without installing a skill.
Need only the instruction file?
Download SKILL.md only if your client requires a single file. The complete ZIP is safer for a full installation because it preserves the references and release context.
No path installs or executes anything by itself. Your agent still needs access to the project files. Before updating, compare the installed version and review the diff.

Badge Qualifier — OpenClaw Skill
Qualify trade show leads from booth notes, badge scans, or voice transcripts into a structured CRM-ready record. On-site lead scoring without inflating signals that aren't there.
What It Does
Give the agent your raw booth notes, badge OCR text, or a dictated conversation summary. It produces:
- Lead tier (Hot / Warm / Cold) based on authority, need, urgency, and ICP fit
- Structured contact record with explicitly-sourced fields (no guessing)
- Clear separation of what was stated vs. what's unknown
- Recommended next step matched to the tier
- Batch summary when processing multiple leads at once
On-Site Stage · Lead Qualification
Usage
Spoke with Marcus Hofer, VP Operations at Kauffmann GmbH. He asked about our line capacity for food packaging — currently running 3 manual lines, wants to automate. Budget "in planning for next year". Badge scanned.
Badge scan only: Sarah Chen, Senior Engineer, Siemens AG, s.chen@siemens.com. No conversation, she just grabbed a brochure.
Quick batch — qualify these 4 contacts from today's booth:
1. James Rivera, Plant Director at ConAgra — discussed replacing their current system, wants a quote by end of month
2. Ava Mueller, Marketing Manager, unknown company — asked general questions
3. Badge scan: Wei Zhang, Engineer, CATL
4. Thomas Bauer, CPO at PackTech — demoed the machine, very interested, asked about ROI timeline
Help me qualify my MEDICA leads. We sell surgical workflow software. ICP: hospital procurement leads at 200+ bed facilities.
