# Social Media Department Skill

A complete multi-department social media organisation for OpenClaw. Deploy autonomous content pipelines across multiple TikTok/Instagram brands — each with its own research agent, content creator, posting agent, analytics agent, and department manager.

## What This Does

You tell your CEO agent:

## Customisation

Each department has a unique Research Agent (the domain brain) and a Department Manager (the coordinator). The Content Creator, Posting Agent, and Analytics Agent are shared templates — clone and adjust:

- **TikTok channel ID** — set per department in the Posting Agent
- **Visual style** — Content Creator has styles for all 3 niches built in
- **KPI priorities** — Analytics Agent has priorities for all 3 niches built in

### Adding a New Department

1. Write a new Research Agent SKILL.md for your niche
2. Clone the Department Manager from an existing department
3. Connect a new TikTok account to Postiz
4. Update the CEO addition with the new department
5. Collect images for the new niche
